Annual General Meeting
CTAC’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place at the Delta Chelsea in Toronto, Ontario on November 1st, 2010. All members are invited to participate in our AGM.
Even if you cannot attend in person, you can be involved in the AGM regardless of where you live in Canada. For example, you can join CTAC’s
You can also vote in the Board elections, and/or vote (by proxy) for any bylaw changes that may be proposed in advance for consideration at the AGM.
The AGM will include Directors’ and Officers’ reports, approval of the Audited Financial Statements, announcement of the outcome of the election for the incoming Board of Directors, and other business.

1st Canadian HIV/HBV/HCV Co-Infection Research Summit

Board of Directors Elections
At least five positions on the Board of Directors are up for
election, for terms of two years. CTAC is currently accepting
nominations. CLICK HERE for full details.
All full members who wish to participate in the Board of Directors
elections must vote in advance of the AGM using the ballots they
